Crystal Thani is a Thai restaurant located in bustling Collage Street, downtown Toronto. It has a wide selection of foods served in a relaxed setting. Pylons Architecture was fortunate to partake in the architectural design of this restaurant. We were faced with many challenges, due to the fact that the existing building was not designed originally a restaurant. We successfully repurposed the building to fit the theme and meet all the necessary requirements a restaurant needs.
Big Smoke Burger

Big Smoke Burger is a local chain which started out in Toronto. They aim to offer their unique gourmet burger experience at an affordable price. Since 2018 we have worked with Big Smoke Burger on the architectural design of several of their locations throughout Ontario.

B'saha Moroccan Restaurant
College St, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

B'saha is a new restaurant aiming at bringing the legendary Moroccan street stalls and souk food to Toronto. Since 2011, the restaurant had been a vendor at the Toronto Underground Market, farmers’ markets, and street fairs. In 2014 The owners asked Pylons Architecture Inc. to study the potentials of a couple of properties to bring their concept to a permanent establishment. After almost 2 years of studies and design, the result was a beautiful cozy place, on College Street, at the heart of downtown Toronto.
