An Industrial/ Commercial Plaza

Pylons Architecture Inc. has been retained as the lead consultant for the design of a single-storey industrial/ commercial plaza. The plaza is comprised of (2) buildings that includes industrial, commercial, and medical units in additions to a daycare to serve the area. Located in a booming suburban area, the developers needed a design that will stand out to attract potential tenants and is both economical and competitive.
Chatfield District Park Pavilion

Pylons Architecture Inc. was tasked tasked to design Chatfield District Park Pavilion. Being the centre piece in the park design, the building design had to be interesting and unique. In collaboration with the park consultants and the city staff, we were able to extend the building design scheme to other elements in the park which added a great deal of harmony and integrity and offered the park users and the community a unique experience.
Coultice Park Field House
Whitchurch-Stouffvilleville, Ontario, Canada

We were tasked by the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville to design a Field House for their new recreational park. The building was designed to host washrooms and technical facilities for the park. As small as it is, the challenge for this project was to provide an economic, accessible and durable design yet pleasant, interesting and can act as a landmark for the park.
